Acceptable Use

Captivate Exam Hub is a study aid. Use it to learn and practise — not to gain an unfair advantage or to complete work that must be your own.

• Do not submit AI-generated content as your own original work where your school or exam authority requires it to be unaided. Follow your school’s and exam authority’s rules on authentication and AI use.
• Do not use the Service to cheat in assessments, tests or exams.
• Remember that AI feedback can be wrong — see our AI Use & Accuracy notice — and verify important points with your teacher.

• No unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful or abusive activity.
• No attempting to access other users’ accounts or data.
• No interfering with, overloading or probing the Service, and no scraping, bulk-extraction or reverse engineering.
• No sharing your account, or reselling or redistributing content.
• No creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated free trials, and no using false or disposable details to sign up.
• No uploading malware or content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not enter sensitive personal information into prompts or free-text fields (see our Privacy Policy).

Your account and subscription are for your own personal study. To keep this fair and prevent abuse, we limit the number of devices and simultaneous sign-ins an account can use, and we monitor for signs of account sharing or repeated free-trial abuse. If we detect unusual activity, we may ask you to verify a new device, temporarily limit access, or suspend the account. We describe the limited signals we use for this in our Privacy Policy.

We may warn, suspend or close accounts that breach this policy, and may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. This policy forms part of our Terms of Use.
