AI Use & Accuracy
Captivate Exam Hub uses artificial intelligence to help generate study content. This notice explains what that means and its limits.
Last updated: 4 August 2026
How we use AI
We use AI to generate study suggestions, practice questions, feedback and summaries. AI-generated content is provided for general educational purposes only.
AI can be wrong
AI-generated content may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect, and may not match the current study design or exam requirements for your subject and state. You should verify important information against official course materials, your textbook, and your teacher’s guidance before relying on it.
Human review
Human review may be applied to some content, but not all outputs are individually checked before you see them. Unless a specific item clearly states it has been reviewed by a person, you should treat it as machine-generated and verify it as above.
No guarantee of results
The Service does not promise improved results and does not guarantee any mark, ranking or exam outcome. AI feedback is a study aid — it does not replace teacher judgment or the authority of your school or exam body, and it should not be treated as official assessment advice.
Don’t enter sensitive information
Do not submit personal or sensitive information in AI prompts unless the Service specifically states that it supports secure handling of such information. For how prompt data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

- It may contain errors, omissions or outdated information.
